4.Operating steps of hydraulic wire rope press machine :

Fix the mold: Installing the molds.

Adjust pressure: Adjust the machine to apply appropriate pressure according to the wire rope requirement.

Rising operation: Place the wire rope sleeve vertically in the middle of the mold. Press the pedal up switch and the piston will begin to rise. When the piston rises to a given pressure, the rising indicator light will light up, and the machine will automatically stop and complete the pressing.

Lowering operation: After completing the pressing, press the lowering switch and the piston will drop. The lowering indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the piston is lowering. After the piston has completely descended, take out the pressed wire rope.
