The process of wire rope annealing is sometimes called fusing and tapering. During this annealing process, the strands in the wire rope will be heated to a very high temperature by controlling the current supply via a foot switch. The metal particles will recrystallize under the hot high temperature, allowing them to melt together.

Finally, it consists of two independent parts: 1. Through the wheel and handle, the wire rope is slightly wound tightly and fused. 2. Adjust the distance between the clamp. Finally split into two parts. This way the end of the rope will be slightly tapered and completely fused.

To avoid the rope becoming brittle, be sure to cool it slowly. Then you get a neat and smooth wire rope with taper shape and spiral ends.
