Staalkabelsling is een kabel die wordt verwerkt met staaldraad als grondstof en wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor hijsen, trekken, spannen en lastdragende kabels. Staalkabel tuigage heeft een hoge sterkte, licht eigen gewicht, stabiele werking, en is niet gemakkelijk om plotseling te breken het hele stuk. Het is een flexibel verbindingshulpmiddel tussen het hijsgereedschap en de gehesen goederen. Vanuit een productieperspectief behoort het tot metaalproducten – verlengproducten van staalkabels, of diepverwerkte producten.<\/p>\n
